A tension pneumothorax is one of the most preventable causes of death after a penetrating chest injury — and also one of the fastest if left untreated. This seal does exactly that.

How it works

• 3-vent valves: allow air to escape when exhaling and block it when inhaling, preventing pressure from building up in the chest
• Hydrogel adhesive: seals even on wet, hairy, or blood-stained skin
• Two grip tabs for one-motion placement and removal
• Transparent backing, so you can inspect the wound without peeling it off
