Terms of Service

These general conditions regulate the purchase of products through rhinoglobalstore.com, owned by RHINO GLOBAL CO, S.L. (NIF B22876288, address at Av. Milán, 18, 19200 Azuqueca de Henares, Guadalajara). By placing an order, the customer accepts these conditions.

Prices

All prices shown on the Website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs are displayed independently during the purchase process, before confirming the order, and are added to the total amount.

Purchase process

The customer can select the products, review the summary of their order (price, taxes, and shipping costs) and confirm the purchase. After confirming the order and receiving payment, a confirmation email will be sent.

Availability

Products are subject to stock availability. If we cannot fulfill an order due to lack of availability, the customer will be informed, and the full amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase under the terms described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Legal guarantee

The products sold have a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity provided for in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users) for defects existing at the time of delivery.
